We started by making stuffed squash, and used the Koginut squash instead of an acorn squash.

We continued by reading Dan Barber's introduction to his book The Third Plate, and then talked about The Ark of Taste and Row 7.

Next week we will bake a fruit cobbler and stuffing muffins for the refugee families settled in Westchester by ReSet.
